What makes an Entrepreneur….

So what makes a successful entrepreneur? These are a few of my personal views on what it takes to be successful.

• Always stay humble.
This is one of the most important qualities. Remember where you came from and always remember what it’s like to have nothing. It can take years to become successful, but it can be taken away at any time.

• Team.
Never call them your ‘employees’ they are your team, your family! You spend so much time working alongside them everyday more than your own family during working hours. So it’s so important to treat them with the most amount of respect. You are only as good as your team. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!

• Positivity.
What you think and feel HAPPENS! Therefore any negative thoughts will equal negative outcome. Always stay positive, if you believe in what you think it will happen!
Knowledge. Stay ahead of the game at all times. Never ever get complacent. Research new trends regularly. Read read read. Knowledge is power, you can never have enough!

• Passion.
You have to be passionate about your business and love what you do. Without discipline, dedication and determination it will never work. A business that wins financially without passion will never work out long term. Passion drives you, your team and everything else that keeps your business together.

• Not afraid of failure.
If you worry about failure there is no point in starting in any business. You have to be willing to fail in order to succeed. You will always learn from your mistakes. Always remember that mistakes equal a bigger success in the end. Failure is NOT giving up!

I could go on, there are so many factors that contribute in the making of a successful entrepreneur, and all of these are covered in my mentoring sessions.

Share your ideas, what do you think makes a successful entrepreneur?

Inner lash extensions

Getting those inner lashes perfect!.•

It is my pet hate seeing long inner lash extensions. They should be short all the time and gradually work up to the length that you want.

Why is this?

🔘 It will be uncomfortable for the client when they start to grow out.

🔘 If shorter, the shape your working on for your client will be more emphasised.

🔘 Inner lashes are shorter naturally.

🔘 Inner lashes cannot hold the weight of longer lashes, so keep natural lash safely in mind.

These lashes I started off with 0.05 B curl in 6mm, 7mm, then blended into 0.05 C curl, 0.08, 0.09.

So keep your inners short ladies 💗

Publications for KG Professional

Hey lash techs!

Wow – Where has this year gone. We have been totally rubbish at blogging so far as been so busy.

But wanted to update you – In the space of 6 months we have gone from just launching our KG Eyelash glue to now having over 30 products in our range and launched in over 200 salons worldwide – Plus this is growing everyday.

I wanted to thank all you lash stylists that are using the KG range. I’m so glad you are all loving it. We love hearing your feedback and seeing your work on social media.

Here are some publications we have hit in just this short period of time.

Thanks so much and look forward to growing with you.
